What are you going to do?

As Office Manager, you are the hub of our office. You ensure that the office is an inspiring place where colleagues enjoy coming together and learning from each other. Thanks to your efforts, everyone immediately feels at home. You take care of and support colleagues, see to it that the office is a neat and pleasant working environment, receive visitors and create a cozy atmosphere on the work floor. You also have an eye for the well-being of colleagues and always know when to send a card or flower. 

And do we have something to celebrate? Then you organize a great party together with your colleagues. You organize regular activities such as bbqs, pizza sessions, get-togethers & sports events.   

About us

As an Office Manager, you will join the HR team of Warpnet. You will work in a young, close-knit team where cooperation is key. We find it important that everyone has room to grow. • You have completed at least a college degree in facility management, HR or similar;
• You have at least one year of experience as an office manager; 
• Your command of the Dutch language is excellent; 
• You are precise and have an eye for detail;  
• You are proactive and have a service-oriented attitude;  
• You are a real people person;  
• You can find the perfect balance in decorating spaces attractively and functionally;
