Traineeship Security Consultant

Have you completed an HBO or WO education in the direction of business administration, law, IT or security administration, but you haven't finished yet? Apply and be trained as a Security Officer / Consultant!

What are you going to do?

As a Trainee Security Consultant, you will be trained to advise clients on their information security. You support to protect valuable business information. Tasks involved are for example advising on correct use of authorizations (user rights in systems), performing risk analyses and drafting information security policies.

Traineeship

The traineeship takes about 6 months. The first month you will be trained by one of our senior consultants and learn the basics of information security. You gain knowledge of information security, risk analyses, standards frameworks, audits and much more. You will soon put this knowledge into practice by talking to customers in the following months. First under supervision but then also on your own. You will learn how to do this in our soft skills training courses. Every month, you crawl a little more into the role of security officer and advise organizations on their information security policy.

After about three months, you will start preparing for certifications such as CIPP/E and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. From this point on, guide you in your work as a security consultant and obtain even more certifications, such as CISM and CISSP, to develop yourself as a security expert!
